These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Dream7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at dream7.cam. By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the Dream7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.
Dream7 operates as an English-language online sports betting and live casino information platform primarily serving users in Pakistan, including major population centres such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. The platform covers markets across Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and live casino games.
Dream7 does not claim to be licensed, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with applicable local law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Regarding Pakistan specifically: Dream7 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful for all Pakistani users under all applicable laws. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related provincial regulations may apply to your use of this Platform. You are solely responsible for understanding your legal position. Each User is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the Dream7 Platform at any time. Creating duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Dream7 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts and to withhold any funds or bonuses associated with accounts found to be in violation of this policy.
You are required to provide complete, accurate and truthful information when registering an account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid, active email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. Dream7 will never ask for your password by email, chat or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify Dream7 support immediately via the Help Center or by emailing [email protected]. Dream7 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
Dream7 reserves the right to require KYC documentation from any User at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or as part of a routine compliance review. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a valid national identity document (CNIC), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
The Dream7 Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Dream7 Platform:
Dream7 employs fraud-detection and pattern-recognition systems. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to Dream7.
Dream7 offers betting markets on Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, international football leagues, UFC and other events. Market availability is subject to change without notice. Dream7 reserves the right to suspend, void or settle any market at its reasonable discretion where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular activity.
All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Dream7 reserves the right to decline or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including for risk management purposes. A wager is not accepted until a confirmation reference number is issued by the Platform.
In the event of a material pricing error in the odds offered, Dream7 reserves the right to void and refund the affected wager. Dream7 will not be bound by odds that are clearly erroneous ("palpable errors"). Users who knowingly exploit pricing errors may have their accounts suspended and associated winnings voided.
Live betting markets are subject to enhanced scrutiny. Wagers placed during network delays, score updates or feed interruptions may be voided if Dream7 determines that the odds at time of acceptance did not reflect the true state of play. Dream7 acts as final arbiter in all in-play dispute resolutions.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions offered by Dream7 are subject to specific terms attached to each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a bonus, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. By way of illustrative example only: a PKR 1,000 bonus subject to a 20× wagering requirement requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before withdrawal. Specific wagering multiples vary per promotion and are published in the relevant offer terms. Dream7 advises all Users to review bonus terms in full before opting in.
Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been released through completion of wagering requirements within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonus funds are not refundable or reinstatable.
Dream7 reserves the right to withdraw, void or withhold any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, wagering patterns that constitute hedging, low-risk accumulation strategies inconsistent with recreational play, or misrepresentation during registration.
Dream7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of methods, which may include international bank transfers, e-wallet services and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). For Pakistani users, guidance on transaction flows referencing methods familiar to users of HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast is provided on a contextual basis only. Dream7 does not represent that any specific Pakistani payment provider endorses or supports gambling activity.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. By way of illustrative example, minimum deposits may be set at PKR 1,000 or above. Users should refer to the current deposit page for accurate minimum figures.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification, responsible gambling checks and fraud screening. Processing times vary by payment method. Dream7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the User and returned to the account balance prior to processing completion.
Where a User's account operates in PKR, all balances, deposits, withdrawals and wager amounts are denominated accordingly. Currency conversion fees may apply for deposits made in a currency other than the account base currency.
Dream7 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all account transactions. Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. Dream7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of Dream7. Unauthorised use of Dream7's intellectual property may constitute both a breach of these Terms and an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dream7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dream7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any content on the Platform.
Dream7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or where required to do so by law or regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting Dream7 support via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any eligible remaining account balance, net of active bonus funds, will be refunded to your verified payment method following completion of applicable KYC and AML checks.
Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive closure — including intellectual property rights, liability limitations and governing law — shall remain in full effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dream7 holds its primary operating licence. Dream7 does not represent that these Terms or the Platform comply with Pakistani law, and makes no warranty that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific territory.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. By using Dream7, you irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings in that jurisdiction.
Dream7 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory authority.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.
